Having spent over a year trying to find the perfect watch to replace one that my wife loved we eventually found the range offered by the Rennie Mackintosh company. A simple but stylish art deco style watch with gold face and clear numbering caught my wife’s eye. It was easy to read (so functional) but also a very attractive piece of jewellery. Its price was incredibly cheap for something that seemed so stunning. When it arrived, the quality, appearance and feel of the watch certainly lived up to expectations and beyond. The delievery was very quick, and communications from the company faultless.
Keep doing what you do. You are clearly a very customer focused company and you have a first class product.
My Rennie Mackintosh bangle is elegant and a perfect combination of turn of the century inspiration and modern style.

It is 30m water resistant. I would prefer 100m waterproof( as my wife is often in water of various kinds).

Loved the site, however just one wee comment. The Ladies watches on the web cam were “modeled” by a rather”hairy” Man!!! I would like to see a larger diversity of products. I am always looking for tea towels, aprons, dishes, mugs etc. just miscellaneous gifts for friends and family here in the US that you just can’t find here. (my parents live in Scotland so I am very familiar with the design influences there). Artwork seems to be something else I have a hard time finding too.

The Rennie Mackintosh watch is beautiful from the face to the body to the strap. The face was what drew me to the watch–the rose, the design around it, and even the white dot on the second hand.
I was originally going to purchase the MC453CX, but I did not like its Glasgow rose band. To me, the watch is not as dressy as the beautiful band–they fight each other. The MC453CX would be better served to have the band shown on, for instance, M11CZ. In that way, the band would better complement the watch face. And I would purchase that watch in a heartbeat.

This is a very pretty Mackintosh pendant and the chain is nice too not one of those throw away chains that usually come with a pendant when it is included in the price.

Excellent Shopping experience: we had bought an RM watch ages ago. When the clock mechanism was defect they offered a reasonable priced movement replacement. So the watch was as new again!! We have also bought another watch with mother of pearl clock face and my wife is delighted with the items. I bought two sets of drop earrings for my bridesmaids and was amazed how soon they made it to Australia.
They came 5 days later!
I liked the producted & packaging and would buy from this webiste again, however I was a little disappointed that the finishing within the design, it was a little rough.
However you have to weight up the cost and for value of money it weighted up about right.
In the past year I have purchased a watch for myself and three more as gifts. They are all different and equally lovely. I have also purchased two necklaces and one brooch as gifts. I have shipped within the UK and also to the US. They have all been received with great joy and worn with pride!
I especially love the free overseas shipping – otherwise the postage would be too expensive.

I had had a watch from you for my Birthday which I love and so thought I would get some earrings. They are beautiful. However customer service was lacking! I was sent the wrong item and it took over 3 weeks to sort it out due to company holiday closure. I didn't get any correspondence from the company at alleven though I emailed them twice and left a phone message requesting they call me back. When they sent me the earrings eventually they also sent an envelope for me to send the necklace back. I had to work this out for myself though as there was no letter in with the earrings or no apology. Very poor.
I will be honest and say that I had never heard of Renniie Mackintosh jewellery before. I have purchased a simple yet beautiful necklace for my friend who is a fan of this jewellery. I must say I was very impressed with the necklace and of course the price too! The only additional thing that I would have found helpful is if the necklaces could be shown on a model on the website. I found it a little difficult to gauge the size of the pendant as they looked too big for what I was looking for initially but the pendant is smaller than I thought when it arrived which I was pleased with. That is not a criticism though, just a possible improvement to the website. Delivery for very swift and free of charge due to the special offer so overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I fell in love with the Mackintosh jewellery years ago during a visit to Scotland but somehow left the decision to buy pending for some time. Now I settled for some earrings, a matching necklace and a brooch, happy to have come across them in the summer break which meant an extra discount on top of free delivery – a sensation, esp. for someone buying from Germany. Service was fantastic, now the order has come through and the jewellery looks really wonderful, better than in the pictures. Wouldn't be surprised if I added another piece to the collection in the not too distant future. Will absolutely recommend it to others as well.

I bought a lovely little tulip in gold with a mother of pearl backing. It was a charming pendant and good value…but I would have liked a higher quality chain. Possibly there could be a choice of chains. I bought a gold ladies watch. The quality looks good and it arrived in California very quickly with standard shipping.
I've not actually received the watch yet as the post office tried to deliver it while I was at work & it needed a signature. However the collection office is open when I am at work & therefore find it difficult to get to collect it. I went today only to find they only keep it for a week before returning it.
I telephoned your office today to ask for advice but was told it can take 2-3 weeks to return it. I have left my mobile no so you can let me know when it has been returned so we can start all over again.

My only comment for improvement would be that the earrings would look better (easier to choose) if they were modelled on a human being as its difficult to see how they would really look when laid against the background.

packaging and delivery was very good – i ordered on the 18th and took delivery at 4:45pm on the 24rth. i got a little freaked out because i did not think i was going to get them but as we were leaving to go to our christmas destination the fed ex truck showed up as my son and i were walking out the door!!! and the fact that you responded to my emails -given the time difference i was very impressed and thankful.
i would recommend you to others – do you have a larger variety of jewlery to choose from – the website was somewhat limited.

I bought a silver brooch. I thought it was good value for money. £60 seemed good to me.
But when it arrived I felt slightly cheated. It was much smaller than I thought it was going to be. Having been back to the site to check, I clicked through and found the details (30mms high). The info was there all along. But I didn't look at that page to begin with. I think you should put that on the brooch page – not leave it on the DWO904 page. It was my fault (not accusing you of anything!) but nonetheless, had I not gone back there, I would have continued to feel miffed.
Watching the youtube videos, I thought you could have got a ruler in there as well to show the scale. No sound either. Think QVC. You could do something really good in a 60 sec clip.
The packaging and speed of delivery was pretty good. Actually, very good – I was very pleased with up to date info RIGHT AT THE FRONT on the number of days left for Royal Mail delivery before Christmas. Top marks. Very reassuring!
I thought you could do the site a a bit better. It's a little 2002. It's not very slick and looks a bit "I got my mate's son to make it for me". The homepage is very crowded with text for instance.
Now, I appreciate you might want to maintain the site's charm, but I thought it looked a little out of date. Not looking BIG COMPANY is one thing. Looking like a site you might not want to trust is another.
There are also a couple of pages that don't feel very authentic. http://www.rennie-mackintosh-jewellery.co.uk/AboutUs.shtml has a stock photo in it for instance. Well, I thought it was a stock photo. Either you are mom & pop or you're a big, slick retailer.

Well, the mystery has been solved. I "posted" a review yesterday to complain about how long it's taken for my recent order to arrive. I'd never have dreamt it would go to another country altogether!It came today having gone via Australia!!.
You had the correct address on the order, and other items I've bought have never gone "walkabout" before.
The only reason I know it went there is the sticker on the parcel saying "Missent To Australia"!!. I think the U.K mailing offices need
