I love my watch but it was very big and needed several links taken out of the strap. Also one of the pins near the watch face on the strap came loose and I took it to a jeweller but they wouldn’t touch it because they didn’t know the watch make. Fortunately the watchmaker who took out the links tapped it back into place. Also normally it is not difficult to take the links out to make the strap fit but it was impossible to do this at home. All that said I would definately use this web site again to order Rennie Mackintosh jewellry.

Rennie Mackintosh pendant and chain
I have always loved art nouveau items and of course the jewellery. I found your web site when looking for a 60th bday present for a friend. The site is lovely, easy to use and negotiate around. The ordering process was so easy, in fact this was ‘the first time’ I had ordered ‘anything’ of the net. I worried about putting my details in and had I done it correctly but within just a few days the item arrived. Packaging was adequate, the gift box was not damaged at all. The pendant and chain were beautiful and Im sure my friend will adore it when we give it to her on friday.
